Mr. Goto joined the firm in October 1993 and concentrates his practice in the areas of appellate advocacy, product liability, and professional malpractice. He became a partner with CHONG, NISHIMOTO, SIA, NAKAMURA, & GOYA, LLLP, in 1999.
Education
Mr. Goto attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with distinction. He received honors in Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, and Hui Po’okela, University of Hawaii Mortar Board.
He attended Loyola of Los Angeles Law School, Loyola Marymount University, on a full tuition scholarship and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1993. Mr. Goto also served as a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.

Experience
Upon graduation, Mr. Goto joined the firm in 1993, where he developed a practice focusing primarily on personal injury, professional malpractice, workers’ compensation, and appellate practice and procedure.
